Delivery Cost: We charge a fixed delivery fee of $15 USD for any order. However, we are pleased to offer free delivery for orders exceeding $200 USD. This policy is part of our commitment to providing value and service to our customers.
Order Processing: After your order is confirmed, the details are immediately forwarded to our courier service. This is a crucial step in ensuring that your package is dispatched without delay.
Communication: Within 24 hours of order confirmation, the courier service’s call center will reach out to you. They will discuss and finalize the delivery time and any specific instructions you may have regarding the receipt of your package. Shipping Information for Non-U.S. Deliveries
International Shipping Costs: We offer a flat shipping rate of $30 USD for all international shipments. However, to provide even more value to our customers, we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $300 USD. This is part of our commitment to delivering quality service at affordable prices.
International Shipping Times:
- Canada: 6 – 14 days
- Oceania (includes Australia): 8 – 16 days
- United Kingdom: 8 – 14 days
- Other Countries: 11 – 30 days
Note: Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any external factors such as COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes.
Processing Times:
- Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Unexpected Delays:
